What is this Fair?

 

It is an event where exhibitors will meet potential patients face to face during Three (3) days . Each day MTWF 2010 will be open 10 hours from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm

 

Where do you get patients from? How?

 

We collect a FRESH database from the workshops we conduct almost on daily basis all over the north east states, including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. These workshops are exclusively for information purposes, after which we have a Q&A session with all participants about Medical Tourism and encourage them to register in our database in order for us to be able to serve them better.

 

So you are a referral web site..

 

We allow both parties, patients and medical providers to interact several weeks prior to the event but, we strongly advise everybody to wait until the personal meeting takes place before making a decision. You can think of MTWF 2010 as a big simultaneous consultation. with the people directly involved in the process present there. No referral web site does that.

 

When a medical supplier gets to receive your database?

 

Our entire database, including information for those who will register at the entrance, will be provided  in a CD, with security enhanced encryption at the end of the show.. It will be categorized and matched up. We expect the medical supplier to present a professional, clear and concise service offer so the potential patient can understand easily the advantages and implications of selecting any given provider.

 

Can I take payments at the MTWF 2010?

 

We strongly recommend you to do your best in order to accommodate and make it easy for your clients to go through booking process, but we do not recommend taking any cash on site. In order to maintain transparency we require all providers to supply their clients with a service contract written out in English and process payments via Credit or debit cards, or wire transfers.

 

Do I have to assemble my booth?

 

No. Our organization delivers your space fully furnished as a turnkey solution. You can bring vertical banners for decoration and your laptops as well. We supply you with a 15 amps multi-outlet and Internet access.

 

Can I share my booth with other company?

 

As long as there are no more than Three people registered to attend the stand, yes.

 

Is there any other investment to make besides the fee for the space?

 

No as an upfront investment. There is however a 5% success fee we charge for the Net amount billed by your organization as a result of the work done under our auspices. No exceptions.

 

Why you do not publish and/or supply an Exhibitor's List?

 

Because we centralize the collection of the patient's database, so we can distribute it equally to all exhibitors. If we publish logos an links that cannot be guaranteed.
