As we have learned that a group of "intended to be exhibitors" have plans to get registered with the solely intention of having access to our profiled database and afterwards withdraw from the event, we have decided not to share it in advance as it was offered. We have the responsibility of protecting real and serious companies investment. Instead we will do the marketing directly on their behalf by means of providing information about exhibitors confidentially to registered potential patients, of which we will verify every piece of information they entered in such database. We will control the appointments between potential patients and every and each exhibitor. Our entire database, including information for those who will register at the entrance, will be provided  in a CD, with security enhanced encryption at the end of the show.
