How to Request an Official Letter of Invitation for VISA purposes.

Thank you for your interest in the Annual MEDICAL WORLD TOURISM FAIR. As an international attendee, it may be necessary for you to receive an official invitation to obtain your travel visa. Please read the following procedures needed in order to expedite your request.

International Attendees requesting a Letter of Invitation must be registered attendees (exhibitors, sponsors), paid in full*, with a valid confirmation number prior to requesting an invitation letter.

Invitation requests must be received no later than 4 weeks prior to the opening of MEDICAL WORLD TOURISM FAIR which is September 15, 2010.

Invitation processing takes approximately 5 - 7 business days after you have submitted the form. Due to the number of requests for invitations we receive on a daily basis, we can provide emailed and faxed invitations only.

* If you are and exhibitor, or sponsor of any kind you are entitled to ask for three letters (3) for the people you have previously designated as the ones attending your booth. If you are NOT an exhibitor or sponsor of any kind, but are an international individual attendee and want us to issue you a letter for visa purposes, you must pay in advance US $400 dollars non-refundable.
